These terms set out the ground rules for using lindseylorette.com. The site is run by Lindsey Lorette through Divine Gratitude Collective LLC, a Florida company, called "we" and "us" on this page. By using the site, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and who holds it.
Using this site
You are welcome to read, learn from and share links to anything on this site. Please do not copy the site, use it to send spam or harmful code, or try to reach parts of it that are not meant for visitors. We may limit or end access to the site for anyone who breaks these terms. When you sign up for the free gratitude download, you join our email list, as the form describes, and you can leave it at any time through the link in any email we send.
Our words, photos and designs
The words, photos, logo and designs on this site, and our journal, free download and course materials, belong to Lindsey Lorette and Divine Gratitude Collective LLC. You may print the free download and use it for your own gratitude practice. Please do not copy, sell, republish or adapt any of it without our written permission. A link to this site, or a short quote with credit to Lindsey Lorette, is welcome.
What you send us
Stories, photos and messages you send us stay yours. When you send a story through our Share Your Story form, you allow us to share it only in the way you chose on that form.
The disclaimer
Everything on this site, and in our journal, course, membership, emails, coaching and presentations, is shared for education and inspiration. Lindsey Lorette is a certified NLP Practitioner. She is not a doctor, therapist, counselor, financial adviser or lawyer, and nothing we offer is medical, mental health, financial or legal advice, or a replacement for care from a qualified professional. Please talk with one about your own situation before you make decisions about your health, your money or a legal matter. Reviews and stories shared on this site are real people's own experiences, and yours may be different. Your results depend on you, and we do not promise any particular result from our journal, course, membership, coaching or any other offer.

Buying from us, and links to other sites
Each product is bought on a checkout page run by another company: the paperback journal on Amazon, the Digital Edition on Payhip, with payment handled by Stripe, and the Become a Master Manifestor course and The Divine Gratitude Collective membership on Whop. Bulk and wholesale orders are arranged with us directly. Each purchase is covered by that company's terms and by what its product page says, including any refund policy stated there. Prices and offers can change, and the price shown at checkout is the price that applies.
This site also links to other websites, such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Amazon, Whop and Tally. We do not run those sites, and their own terms apply when you use them.
Limits of our responsibility
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be online or free of mistakes. The site is offered as it is. To the extent the law allows, Divine Gratitude Collective LLC and Lindsey Lorette are not responsible for any loss or harm that comes from using the site or relying on what it says. If you break these terms and someone brings a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover the cost of that claim.
Florida law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, in the United States. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest of them still applies.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we post the new version here with a new effective date.
