Refund Policy

Effective October 7, 2026

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations and replacements work for everything Lindsey Lorette offers through Divine Gratitude Collective LLC, called "we" and "us" on this page. It sits alongside our Terms of Use. Please read the section for what you are buying before you pay.

The Digital Edition and other downloads

The Digital Edition of The Divine Gratitude Journal is a set of printable files, and files cannot be returned once they are delivered, so every download is a final sale. If a file will not open, is missing or is not what you bought, write to us and we will fix it or send it again.

Become a Master Manifestor

All sales of the course are final, and we do not offer refunds. If you cannot get into the course or a lesson will not play, write to us and we will make sure you have full access.

The Divine Gratitude Collective

You can cancel your membership at any time in your Whop account. If you joined with a free trial and cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged. When a trial ends, the first payment is taken automatically. Your membership renews each month, or each year on the yearly plan, until you cancel.

After you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further payments are taken. Payments already made, monthly or yearly, are not refunded.

A free month from one of our rewards works the same way: if you cancel before it ends, you are never charged.

Your membership includes a printed copy of The Divine Gratitude Journal. It ships after your first full price payment, and once it has shipped it is yours to keep, even if you cancel later.

Printed journals we send

This covers the Premium Coil Edition and every paperback copy of The Divine Gratitude Journal that we sell or send ourselves, including the journal that comes with membership and the copies in a bulk order. Each copy is printed to order, so we do not accept returns for a change of mind. If your copy arrives damaged, misprinted or is not the edition you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the problem, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you. A paperback bought on Amazon is covered by Amazon's own policy, as described below.

Bulk and wholesale orders

A bulk order can be changed or cancelled at no cost until it is paid and sent to print. After that, the order is final. Any copy that arrives damaged or misprinted is replaced as described above.

The paperback on Amazon

The paperback edition is sold by Amazon, and Amazon handles its returns and refunds under its own policy. Please contact Amazon through your order.

Speaking and coaching

Each speaking booking has its own agreement, which sets out any deposit, cancellation and date change terms for that booking. Coaching is not open yet, and its terms will be given to you before you pay for anything.

How to ask for help

Write to info@divinegratitudejournal.com with your name, what you bought and what went wrong, and a photo if something arrived damaged. If something is not right, please write to us before you go to your bank, so we have the chance to make it right. Any refund we agree to goes back to your original payment method.

Your rights where you live

Nothing in this policy takes away any right you have under the consumer law where you live.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we post the new version here with a new effective date.
