This page explains what information lindseylorette.com collects, why it is collected, who holds it, and how to ask for it to be changed or removed. The site is run by Lindsey Lorette through Divine Gratitude Collective LLC, a Florida company, called "we" and "us" on this page.
Who we are and how to reach us
Divine Gratitude Collective LLC is responsible for the information described here. For any question or request about it, write to info@divinegratitudejournal.com.
What we collect on this site, and why
When you sign up for the free gratitude download, we collect your first name and email address, the date, and the words you agreed to on the form. We use them to give you the download and to send you emails, as the form describes.
When you send a message through our contact form, or a speaking request through our booking form, we collect your name, email address, what it is about, any event details you give and your message, so we can read it and write back to you. Joining the coaching waitlist works the same way, through the contact form, and we use it to tell you when coaching opens.
When you fill in our Share Your Story form or our Bulk Order Enquiry form, we collect what you type or upload there, such as your name, your story, a photo or the details of an order. We use it to answer you, and we share a story only in the way you allow on that form.
As you visit the site, our host handles technical details such as your IP address and the pages you request, so it can deliver the pages to you. Our visitor counter measures page visits and how quickly pages load.
If you sign a media release with us, the release itself explains how your photo, words and details are used.
No one buys or rents your details from us.
Buying from us
Each product is bought on a checkout page run by another company: the paperback journal on Amazon, the Digital Edition on Payhip, with payment handled by Stripe, and the Become a Master Manifestor course and The Divine Gratitude Collective membership on Whop. You give your payment details to that company, and we never see or keep your card number. Payhip and Whop share order details with us, such as your name, email address, the city, region and country you are in, and what you bought, so we can deliver your order, send you anything that comes with it, and help you with it. Amazon does not share its buyers' details with us.
Members of The Divine Gratitude Collective meet in our community on Discord, where what members post is kept by Discord under its own policy.
A Collective membership includes a printed journal. Members give us their name and shipping address through our Journal Order Form, run by forms.app, and we share them only with the company that prints or delivers the journal.
For bulk and wholesale orders, we use the details you send us to answer you, and we share the delivery name and address only with the printer that ships your order.
If we add another way to buy, such as a checkout for the Premium Coil Edition, we will name it on this page before it is used.
Who holds it for us
Cloudflare hosts this site, runs our visitor counter, and keeps our signup list and the messages sent through our forms in our own Cloudflare account. Cloudflare acts on our instructions as our service provider.
Tally runs our Share Your Story and Bulk Order Enquiry forms, and keeps what you send encrypted and stored in Europe.
Our business email, info@divinegratitudejournal.com, is hosted by IONOS, and messages and form alerts arrive there.
If we begin using a newsletter service to send our emails, we will name it on this page and change the date above.
Our pages on Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, and our link pages on flow.page, are run by those platforms, and what you share there is covered by their own policies.
Beyond these services and the companies named above, we share your information only when the law requires it.
Cookies, the visitor counter and your browser
Our visitor counter uses no cookies, and our site sets none. So that you do not see the same pop-up twice, the site saves a small note in your own browser, which you can clear at any time in your browser settings. Because we do not follow visitors across other websites, our site behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal. No other company collects information on our pages to follow you across other websites.
How long we keep it, and how to leave
We keep your signup details until you leave our email list or ask us to remove them. Every email we send to our list includes a link to leave it. We keep messages, enquiries, order details and shipping addresses for as long as we need them to answer you, deliver your order and keep ordinary business records. To have your details removed sooner, write to info@divinegratitudejournal.com and we will do it promptly.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to limit or stop how we use it, ask for a copy you can take elsewhere, and withdraw your agreement to hear from us at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
You never have to give us your details to read this site. We need your email address only to send you the download and our emails, and your contact details only to write back to you or fill your order. We make no automated decisions about you.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom
We rely on your agreement for our email list, on what is needed to answer you or fill your order for messages and purchases, and on our legitimate interest in running and measuring this site for the technical details of your visit. Because we are based in the United States, information you send us from another country is handled in the United States and by the services named above, which may work in other countries. Tally keeps its form entries in Europe.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if a parent tells us a child has sent us their details, we will delete them.
Changes to this page
When this page changes, we post the new version here with a new effective date.
